Hi, I’m Theresa—a full-time Realtor serving Northeast Ohio since 2015, and a firm believer that real estate is more than a career…it’s a calling. With over 500 successful transactions under my belt, I’ve walked alongside clients through some of life’s biggest moments, and I count it a blessing every time.

My business is rooted in faith, relationships, and genuine connection. I believe the people I meet are placed in my path for a reason, and it’s a joy to help them find a place to call home—or move on to their next chapter with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to my grown son, Nathan, and dog-mom to Dot, my needy little Cavapoo who basically runs the house. I love strength training, trying out new restaurants, and soaking up sunshine on beach vacations whenever I can.
