Theresa was an absolute asset to my selling process. She was totally understanding while I had to navigate a divorce and preparing my home for the market. She told me exactly what to expect and was 100 percent accurate and knowledgeable of the market dynamics , even during a Pandemic. Furthermore she not only sold my home once but when the first buyer had unforseen circumstances she went the extra mile with staging and cleaning and sold it a second time in three short days. She knew time and additional cost of improvements was a contributing factor to my motivation to sell and very effectively guided me to success. On top of all of these great professional attributes she has a great personality and is friendly and laid back. I lived an hour away from the property for sale, have 5 kids I had to bring to meetings , and had limited availability and she always worked with me and offered so much help. Theresa was amazing! She was very helpful in purchasing our first home. We knew nothing about buying a house. I MEAN NOTHING. She was so professional and patient with us. We looked at so many houses and she would notice things that we wouldn’t even think of and tell us to ”walk away”. Or “this is great about this home”, we never felt like we was shopping for homes with a realtor. It felt like we was with a friend we had our Whole lives. We didn’t have the greatest Experience with our lender but she made up for that by calling and texting us consistently to answer any questions we had and just to make sure we was ok emotionally. I know for a fact we would not have made it to the end without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Theresa is awesome.. she always answered your calls or texts right away. If you had a problem, she was always there to listen and help you fix it. When the seller was giving us issues, Theresa always reassured us that we were going to get the house. She even had a moving truck, we were able to use it to move our stuff and keep it over night. I highly recommend Theresa because she will help you find the best house!

Theresa Seese did a great job of selling our house. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She was able to sell our less than perfect house quickly. She understood our emotional ties to the house and our desire to sell to a family who would love it and want to live there, and this happened. She returned our texts, emails, and phone calls right away and that helped lessen anxiety with the sale. She kept a positive attitude even when things looked rough. Theresa Seese was a godsend, when my brother died suddenly. The house was our family home but encumbered by needed repair and behind in HELOC payments and taxes. Yet Theresa could see that the house had good bones and with some TLC could be a comfortable home again. She had it sold in 3 days because of her knowledge of the market and insight into the potential value. It was a win/win for both seller and buyer.
